AVG AntiVirus
You need anti-virus protection, there is no exception. Luckily however, you can get quality protection for free. AVG Anti-Virus features automatic updates, a real-time email scanner, always on protection, a virus vault, manual and scheduled testing, and more. I previously used AntiVir (see below) but switched to AVG and recommend it because it is easier to use and has a better auto-update program.
